4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via third-party courier services. We currently use DHL Express. Shipping methods may change at our discretion. Due to the nature of our products and the need for temperature control, items are shipped with frozen gel packs or cooling systems to maintain product stability.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted only in the event of a defective or damaged item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, intact packaging. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the defect or shipping damage. All returns must be pre-approved by our support team before being sent back. Items not meeting these conditions or returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, returns must include the original cold packs, which must be frozen at -0°C for at least 12 hours prior to return shipment. Returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
