1. Delivery Method & Carrier

All orders are shipped via DHL Express with full tracking and signature required upon delivery. Products are packaged using temperature-controlled cooling packs to ensure stability during transit.

2. Delivery Regions

We currently ship only to countries within Europe and the United Kingdom. For shipping outside of these regions, please contact us directly at dtspharmacy.com@gmail.com to discuss available options.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping time depends on the destination country, typically 1 to 3 business days within Europe and the UK. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances

4. Temperature-Sensitive Packaging

Due to the nature of our products, all shipments include frozen cooling packs to maintain temperature stability. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt. We are not responsible for product degradation if delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability

5. Signature Required

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Packages will not be left unattended and must be received by an adult at the shipping address provided during checkout. If an adult is unavailable to sign for the package, the customer must coordinate alternative arrangements directly with DHL

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, we will attempt redirection through DHL where possible. If the error is on our end, we will resend the order at no additional cost. Otherwise, the customer will bear the cost of redelivery. We are not liable for delays or additional charges resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses

7. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We do not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice

8. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment status at any time via the DHL website.

9. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DHL will schedule a second attempt automatically. You may also contact DHL directly to arrange a new delivery date or pick up the parcel from a local access point. Failure to arrange a successful delivery or pickup may result in the package being returned to us, and additional fees for redelivery may apply.

10. Damaged, Lost, or Confiscated Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if there are any issues with delivery, please contact us immediately at dtspharmacy.com@gmail.com. In the case of lost shipments or customs issues, we will assess each situation individually. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products are permitted in their country of residence.
