2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the event of a defective or damaged item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, intact packaging
  • The defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the defect or shipping damage
